Section 35
Not to interfere with the right to prosecute cases under other laws
Nothing in this Act shall prevent a person who commits a crime punishable under this Act from being prosecuted under other Acts or from being punished under other Acts or from being punished in excess of the penalties prescribed in this Act. But a person cannot be punished twice for the same crime.
